Within the Message centre you can send messages through Email or SMS, to the Tenant/Landlord, Service Providers, Property Inspectors, PropertyMyWay, as well as other people whose emails are saved onto the system. It’s easy to keep track of messages coming in and out as you are able to view all messages. Keep connected at all times, no matter what time zone you’re in!
At some stage a property will need work or maintenance performed. Here you can select a service provider from the database, or manually enter a service provider of your choice and assign them the property. You can Email or SMS them all the details from here and all communication will be stored within your account for easy reference.
